Im curious have you tried colouring them yet? Would love some advice if you have :)
Ive heard can use watercolour and water colour pencils and dry brush arcrylic.
But so far no info on tequniques,if needs any treatment etc...

One thing I've considered doing is in fact water colour pencils - very light over sanded wood.. coloring it. And then just putting a clear-gloss coat over it, like polyurathane. Stain won't stick to the colourpencil, I don't beleive. o.o;

I've heard water colour pencils work. But frankly - I am terrified when I stain something for fear the stain will end up to dark and I'll lose my work! XD
M' not brave enough for coloring yet. ^-^

Hehe yup thats how I am with with adding colour also:) Im a big chicken when it comes to new things. But I also true to the gemini in me want to try everything so I am always at war with myself lol:D
